Black Fin - Boneless Wings
For my first food blog resturant experience, I wanted to rate my meal at the Black Fin Arlington Highlands in Arlington, TX. I ordered the kid's boneless chicken wings with fries and ask for my sauce on the side so I could have two different sauces. The chicken was nice and tender and the hot sauce had some great kick, while the camp fire sauce was tangy. I actually started to mix the two sauces together after the first wing and enjoyed it even more. The award winner on this plate though was the french fries. This fries were so crunchy as you bit into them and then they just melted into your mouth. My papa would have loved this fries too. I give the Black Fin 5 Stars.
For my first food blog I decided to talk about my two favorite dishes that my mom makes. For breakfast I like to eat eggs in a basket. When the eggs are cooked perfectly over easy and the yoke flows into the surrounding toast it is really good.
For dinner the other day my mom made tacos de pollo and tacos de papas. This is one of mine and dad's favorite meals to eat. The tacos are very crunchy and the chicken is tender and juicy while the potatos are seasoned just right and smooth. You need to make sure that you cover them in sour cream and salsa though too. To have just the right taste.
This is my first blog, so my dad thought it would be a good idea for me to tell alittle bit about who I am. I am a young 7 year old boy that loves life and food. My parents have taught me to try everything atleast once and go from there. For a young person I really like to eat good food with my family and try new things all the time. So I thought with my Dad's help I could write a blog of what I thought of certain resturants and dishes that I have tried, to share with everyone. I hope you enjoy it.
